Arrival Time

Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Spa Consultation Form and Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment time. This will allow you time to check-in, change, and begin the relaxation process. A spa robe, slippers, private locker and any amenities required for use during your visit will be provided. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time you originally scheduled.

What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

Because your spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, as a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we request a 12-hour cancellation notice. We understand that occasionally emergent issues may require a shorter notification time, however, if a pattern of no-shows or last minute cancellations continues you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee for late notification or the full service fee will be charged for no-shows.

May I request a male or female therapist?

When you book your services, let us know if you have a preference for a male or female therapist. Our goal is to provide you excellent service while maintaining your comfort level.

What should I bring to wear at the spa?

We will never compromise your modesty. Upon arrival you will be escorted to a private room where you will be given a robe and sandals to change into before your treatment. What you wear under your robe is up to you; our therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being worked on.

Where do I wait for my therapist?

Once you are ready, please make your way to our comfortable, quiet and relaxing waiting room. There you will find a Hospitality Specialist waiting with a warm neck wrap and an assortment of spa treats and beverages. Relax and enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the spa while you wait for your service.

Do I need to tip my therapist? How much Is appropriate?

Gratuity is at your discretion at Sage. It is not included in your cost of service. To show your appreciation to your therapist, an average gratuity for spa services is 15-20%. Tip envelopes are available at the spa front desk. We are also able to leave gratuity on a credit card charge.

Spa Etiquette

To preserve our tranquil environment, we ask that you are respectful of others’ privacy, speak softly, silence all cell phones and leave them in your personal locker.

Children in the Spa

We love children; however, to assure the ambiance within the spa remains as relaxing as possible for all of our guests, we ask you not to bring children to the spa with you unless they are having a spa service. All children under 18 must have parent permission to receive services and an adult must sign the initial consultation form.
