Massage

The health and safety of our clients is our top priority but we don’t know what we don’t know so please tell your provider if there are any medical or other conditions that may be cause for concern in a massage.

If you are pregnant, in any trimester, our therapists will have you lay on your side for the duration of the massage to protect the growing baby. Also, 90 minute massage and Hot Stone Therapies are completely contraindicated and will not be performed during pregnancy.

Deep Relaxation Massage ~ 60, 90 Minute; $75, $110

This Deep Relaxation Massage is a full body massage by one of our skilled therapists and includes a hot pack, essential oils, hot towels, and a whole lot of relaxation
Sage Signature Massage ~ 90 minute; $130

The Signature Massage experience includes a relaxing full body massage and infused oil treatment, a hot stone massage, your choice of a foot scrub or scalp treatment, and top it all off with 5 minutes to yourself, with a weighted blanket, to let it all sink in.
Therapeutic Massage ~ 60 Minute; $75

Deep Tissue massage is about more than just more pressure. This Therapeutic massage is great for those looking for relief from pain and tension in their bodies
Hot Stone Massage ~ 60, 90 Minute; $85, $115

Hot Stone Massage combines the benefits of heated stones with regular massage techniques for an enhanced therapeutic and relaxing experience
Couples Massage ~ 30, 60, 90 Minute; $90, $150, $220

When you don’t have time for a full massage, the express massage is a great choice. There is time to focus on a specific area, like your back and neck, or do a fast paced, energizing full body massage. This is a great way to recover after a workout
Mother-to-Be Massage ~ 30, 60 Minute; $45, $75

Each trimester of pregnancy brings its own set of challenges for mom. This massage is focused on helping mom feel her best. Massage is a safe and effective way to aid in many of those challenges related to pregnancy
Note that massage using any type of heated stone is not safe during pregnancy

Two therapists work together on one client, creating a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience
Note: We always drape in a professional manner, maintaining client modesty at all times. However, the draping for this service exposes most of the body at once. Please ask one of our staff for more details if you are concerned.
